Overview of the pattern:

Hieta is a raglan sweater featuring a wide neckline and balloon sleeves, adorned with a beautiful yet simple elongated seed stitch texture. It is knitted from the top down and has raglan sleeves with a relaxed fit. The neckline is shaped at the back using short rows, allowing it to dip lower in the front for an open, airy look. The sleeve cuffs and hem are worked in twisted ribbing, and the neckline is finished with an i-cord edge.

Difficulty level: Hieta is perfect for a knitter who knows basic knitting techniques

Sample knitted with 3 (4, 4, 4, 5) (5, 5, 6, 7) 7 skeins of Säie Wool Merino DK (225-250 m /250–275 yds / 100 g, 100 % superwash merino) and 2 (2, 3, 3, 3) (3, 3, 4, 4) 5 skeins of Säie Wool Silk Mohair (420 m / 450 yds / 50 g, 64 % kid mohair, 36 % silk), both in colorway Craving for Latte. Knitted holding both yarns together.

Gauge:
