Verano top is knitted top down, starting from the shoulder straps and then joining in the round. You will knit button holes to the front, and two longer strap-like pieces to the hem, which are then tied together to a knot in front of the hem. Lastly you will sew in the buttons.

Other materials:

5 buttons with an approx. 1 cm / 0,4 inches circumference, needle and thread for sewing the buttons, stitch markers and a tapestry needle

Knitting needles: 4mm double pointed needles and 4mm 60/80cm circular needle

Gauge: 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) = 20 sts x 28 rows. (If necessary, change your needle size to achieve the correct gauge)
